Repairs by Post offer an easy to use door-to-door watch repair collection service with the Royal Mail.

If you are unable to drop your watch at your local post office using our free shipping label, Repairs by Post offer an easy door-to-door alternative using the Royal Mails collect from home service.

If you have opened a repair ticket with our service center, we will of sent you a confirmation email with instructions, a booking reference and a packing-sheet.

As an alternative you can follow the instructions below to use our door-to-door Royal Mail collection service:

(Charges for collection are: Tracked Returns £0.60p, and for Special delivery £0.72p)

Use the following details when booking:
  • Tracking number: This is on the Freepost label we provided - You can obtain one here for free.
  • Weight: 0.350g
  • Small Parcel
  • Book a suitable collection date
  • Complete payment, it's less than one pound (see charges above).

Your regular postman will collect your Parcel at the pre-arranged time.
