Before any watch repair, service or overhaul is performed, a diagnostic examination is carried out to provide a detailed itemized estimate — which is digitally sent to you for your approval.
(If you reject our assessment your watch will be returned for a charge of £12.95 by the same insured tracked service subject to T&C's).

Once you accept our estimate, our accredited watchmaker will carry out any repairs, maintenance, or service to exacting standards of the manufacturer — You will receive timely automatic updates by email. We issue you with a digital invoice you can pay online before your watch is returned.
RECEIVE YOUR WATCH
Your watch undergoes quality control checks before it is returned safely using our insured parcel service. You will be notified the moment your watch leaves our service center.
