All Post will be collected and processed on all available days in between Christmas and new year, although limited office hours
We will be closed from 13:30 hrs on Monday 24th December 2018 and re-opening at 9:00 hrs on Wednesday 2nd January 2019.
For repairs that have been sent to us before the end of November we will endeavour to return these to you by the 21st December 2018.
Due to our Christmas closure and increased repairs received in January, we will temporarily be adjusting our repair lead times.

Please don’t be shy! We love speaking to our customers. There are no silly questions and we always give honest responses. If we believe an item to be beyond repair we will tell you. We try and give guide prices before you send your items to us, although this is not always possible.
We are very active on social media, so follow us. It is a great way for us to share with you some of the items that we receive and some of the repairs that we are able to carry out.
