Return postal costs and non-warranty issues are your responsibility. We recommend that you use Royal Mail special delivery. This provides tracking information with delivery confirmation and insurance.
Repairs by Post and allied companies are not responsible for returns lost in transit. Your postal insurance is covered by Royal Mail.

Once your watch is delivered to our workshop the watch will be examined to identify the fault and determine whether it is covered by this guarantee, if the damage is a result of excluded causes or a follow on cause, we will provide you with an estimate to complete the work or we may return your watch un-repaired. Please allow 20 working days from the date of delivery for inspection and completion of your return repair.
Insurance. Once received at our workshops your watch is fully insured up to a maximum of £20000.
0ur liability for items left with us or shipped by us is limited to their intrinsic value.
